But I guess I’m a little confused as to what the overall point is here…. Is it that mental practice and visualization will make you a better hitter vs top college arms or pro arms? Good coaches for years try to create game like environment and let pitchers and hitters get as many AB’S as possible in a created stressful environment to get them comfortable…. You can mental practice and visualize all you want but I believe the only way to get better is experiencing hitting in games or quality game like scrimmages vs the best or at a higher level than your currently capable of competing at…..
